Marcel W. Foster, MPH, is an internationally recognized leader at the intersection of arts, policy, and public health. As CEO & Co-Founder of Performance Hypothesis, they directed the research for Georgia House Resolution 1007—the first legislative measure in the U.S. to formally link the arts to improved mental health outcomes. Performance Hypothesis partners including NYC Health + Hospitals, Atlanta Jazz Festival, the National Endowment for the Arts, the CDC, and projects with funding from Bloomberg Philanthropies, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. This fall, they will begin their DPhil (PhD) in Primary Healthcare Science at Oxford University.

Brianna holds a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Nutrition from Emory University. She brings expertise in strategic planning, implementation, and program evaluation. Her passion for the field of arts and health stems from her background: Brianna was a competitive dancer for more than a decade and played the trumpet for several years.

Daniel is a Colombian-born professional based in Atlanta with a background in marketing and film production. As a project manager, he is passionate about community outreach focusing on building meaningful connections and leading impactful initiatives. He has collaborated with major organizations, including the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Braves. 

Miyana Sarver is an award-winning event producer, poet, and community leader based in Atlanta, Georgia. She is the founder and executive producer of Poetry on Peter, a live arts experience that has become a cultural hub for creatives, musicians, and storytellers across the Southeast. Through her work, Miyana has produced hundreds of events, built platforms for emerging artists, and cultivated spaces that foster creativity, connection, and belonging.
